Covid-19 update

Notice: We will continue to update this page as the situation around COVID-19 evolves and additional information becomes available.

Updated: 23 February 2021

The safety and well being of our guests remains our top priority.  We are closely following government instructions and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and local health officials.

U.K. roadmap out of national lockdown announced

Following the government announcement on 22 February 2021, self catering holidays will be permitted from 12 April 2021 at the earliest, as such we will be re-opening and are now accepting reservations from this date onwards.  Please be assured that any future reservations are covered by our flexible cancellation policy outlined in the reservation options section below.

Reservation Options

We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policies to waive all fees and penalties for guests affected by closure due to Covid 19.

Should Keer Lodge not be available for rentals due to extended Covid-19 restrictions, or if U.K. law prohibits you visiting our area, then we would also waive any fees and issue full refunds for any future reservations (in this case refunds would be issued 24 hours prior to check-in date).

Any reservation is for the full use of our privately owned lodge at Pine Lake Resort and includes complimentary access to the leisure centre and on-site facilities.   We have no control of the on-site facilities and cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any closure/non admittance of any the facilities at Pine Lake Resort, as such no partial or full refunds will be issued if any resort facilities remain closed due to Covid-19 restrictions.

We hope the above information and relaxed cancellation policies provides reassurance that should you wish to go ahead and make a reservation for the near future you may do so here without fear of your stay being cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions without a refund being issued

Guests who booked through an online travel agent or other third party, such as Booking.com, should contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.
