We are a husband and wife team having recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary.We have been welcoming guests to our lodges for over 20 years. We've learnt a lot about the holiday rental business in this time and like to think we know how to provide a first class service to our guests.We live only a short distance away from the lodges so one of us will always be on hand to help you with anything at all either before, during or after your stay.Hopefully we'll be able to meet you in person when we welcome you to Keer Lodge or Sandmartin Lodge in the not too distant future, in the meantime do get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
Do we need a car to get around?
No at all there is a bus stop on site and Carnforth train station is only 10 minutes away.
Do we need to bring our own towels and bedding ?
Absolutely not, the beds will all be made up for your arrival, a bath and hand towel for each guest is provided.
How much does it cost to use the facilities at Pine Lake ?
The swimming pool, gym, tennis court, children’s play area’s and evening entertainment are completely free to our guests. A fee for the use of watersports and the spa will be payable to Pine Lake resort.
Can we bring our dog ?
Unfortunately the whole of the resort is a pet free zone so we can’t accept dogs.

Booking direct with us (the lodge owners) guarantees the best rates possible with no rental agency commission charges, any price displayed is for full use of the lodge with complimentary leisure center access for up to 4 guests and includes all linen, towels and electricity. Saturday-Thursday 3 night minimum rental, Friday 2 nights and July/August 7 nights.
10% DISCOUNT on midweek stays of 4 nights or more (excludes peak dates).
