The resort
Pine Lake Resort
Set around its own private lake just outside Carnforth, Pine Lake Resort is a peaceful collection of Scandinavian-style lodges with swans on the water and the Lakeland fells on the horizon. It has something for every age: a heated indoor pool and leisure centre, the Lakes Bistro and bar, watersports on the lake, and play areas inside and out.
Our two privately owned lodges sit right on the water’s edge, and every guest who books direct gets full use of the leisure centre for the whole stay.

When you book either Keer Lodge or Sandmartin Lodge, the leisure centre is yours to use every day of your stay at no extra cost. Swim a few lengths before breakfast, unwind in the steam room after a day on the fells, or book the tennis court for a family match.

Leisure centre and pool
A fully heated indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The pool is open from 8am to 8pm.
The gym
A bright, well-equipped gym in the leisure centre, with cardio machines, weights and benches.
Tennis court
A full-size court. Rackets and balls can be hired from the leisure centre.
Playground and crazy golf
Lakeside play areas with a climbing frame, slide and crazy golf putting course.
Playzone
Indoor soft play, pool table, table tennis, air hockey and arcade machines, next to the bar.
Lakes Bistro
Open 12pm to 9pm, with a pizza takeaway service you can enjoy back at the lodge.
Bar and entertainment
A lively bar and function room hosting evening entertainment during peak dates.
Watersports
Banana, sofa and disc rides, waterski and wakeboard lessons, and kayak and canoe hire on the lake.
Spa treatments
Treat yourself to a pampering session in the on-site treatment rooms.
Eat and drink
Lakes Bistro and bar
No need to cook every night. The Lakes Bistro serves English favourites, pasta, pizzas, hot sandwiches and salads, with a children’s menu for younger guests. Prefer a night in? Order a pizza to take back to your lodge.
After dinner, the bar and function room come alive with evening entertainment.
